St Peter's has stood on the same street corner for 230 years, amid riots, pestilence, attacks of religious prejudice and civil unrest, However, the parish does not live through its buildings but through its community. The history of the St Peter - Our Lady of the Rosary Parish is one of resilience and renewal. In times of destruction, fear and loss, walking with the Lord has given us strength and consolation. In turn, we work to minister to others, providing comfort and hope.
